It was dirty. We had several rooms and we had to change rooms for many reasons. The door didn’t lock. Toilet wouldn’t flush in another. There was a trash can under the sink to catch the water. The refrigerator didn’t work in the second room so we swapped it out with the first refrigerator ourselves.

the staff was very kind and courteous in dealing with our having to book extra nights on last minute notices

The employees were very nice.

The room wasn’t very clean at all, found trash from previous occupants and looked like pop sprayed all over one of the wall’s. i ask the clerk when i checked in if hot tub work, he said yes… it did nor work and tiles were broken off the side of it.

Convenient to get on and off highway.

Lobby was clean, but the rest of the hotel was not. Bathroom was filthy with what looked like black mold 3 inches above the shower. Floors had not been mopped and you can tell from the dirty tissue under the sink and at least 2 inches away from the wall worth of dirt and hair. The handle on the faucet was sickening we tried to clean is but not much we could do with a wash cloth and the one bar of soap they provided. The bedspread had what looked like blood on it but was nail polish, but when opening the bedspread you could see several different stains, I just put it on the floor and used the blanket I keep in my car. The dust ruffle had some kind of mold on it. I did not take pictures because there would be too many to take. We booked and paid ahead for the value?!?! NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! We will stay in South Bend and pay more for a better hotel that values cleanliness. Please note, I am not one to complain, but in this case I found it necessary.

Breakfast, was terrible. Waffle mix was runny, juice was all brown , cinnamon buns were hard, no milk for the cereal. But the coffee was good!

very dirty!! only half of the outlets worked!! towels and washcloths were absolutely filthy!! the whole place smelled like curry!! when I went down to check out, no one was around!!

It needs updating. It needed some repairs. For the price I expected nicer. I won’t be staying at Comfort Suites again. For that price I’ll choose something else.

Staff was friendly.

It was kinda creepy were it’s located. The other hotels/motels area were sketchy. The elevator was really slow.

Needed some repair work. Sink dripped, outside door didn’t lock, needed some minor repairs and freshen up.

The manager was so helpful. He works very hard to make sure people staying there are taken care of. Any questions we had he took care of right away.

Bathroom was dirty, sink and tub drains did not work, lights and outlet not working, coffee pot missing, door coming off hinges and sticking, breakfast was the worst of complimentary breakfasts.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

We were awakened by contractors working on replacing the carpet. I would have expected that the person who assigned us to our room would have assigned us to another room away from the carpet contractors.

The staff members were very nice. Pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Comfortable beds.

The facility is being renovated - sloppy paint, the room was covered in dust, duvet was stained, bathroom light missing a fixture, lights next to the bed didn't work, 12 empty beer cans were in the drawer of my sister's room, a cockroach was in my other sister's room, continental breakfast was sparse, like they were rationing food and coffee was luke warm...

Floor needed swept. There was visible dirt. The sheets they all need replaced. Even after asking for a new set. All sheets had black marks all over them. Lack of towels in the room. 2 given. The couch was very dirty and should be replaced. It was a sleeper sofa and the mattress was horribly stained and the springs popping through. Breakfast, there was barely any left and that was more than an hour before it closed.

I got there told the clerk I reserved a room explained excitedly we were there to swim and use the hot tub!! I asked if the pool was still open?! I WAS NEVER INFORMED the hot tub was broken and the pool room freezing and the pool unbearably cold for small children staff saw us heading to the pool in bathing suits when we left the pool pretty fast I asked the same clerk is the pool room closed? She said no but the heaters are broken could have informed me at the desk again only purpose there...room dirty cobwebs heavy dust not vacuumed ceiling has giant crack over the bed not fixed right so it's splitting back open cheap spackle doesn't fix it hair in the tub stained towels one light worked one didn't in the bathroom the last day the dead bulb suddenly comes on owners entire family live in there and one employee with her kids the floor smelled of curry carpets in the hall stained and filthy doors broken at exits rear of the building you can't get in w the key card the locks are dismantled old worn not proper the place isn't that old and needs renovated the Market self serve store vacant no ice breakfast cereal thrown out bc it had bugs in it the day clerk advised that was it for breakfast

The back door entrance didn’t require a room key to enter. Security wasn’t what I expected. Towels were very thin. At breakfast there was no hot water for tea - tea bags and no hot water (no microwave to heat water either). Waffles were good.

Location is fine. However not very clean.

I had to call for towels, then after 30 min I had to leave my room and go to the front desk in order to get the towels. On top of that, they never cleaned my room during my stay.

Towels were dingy and did not give us a clean feeling. No aerator in sink faucet, no way to plug bathtub or sink drains, shower head only half of holes working/open.

Overall very nice and clean
