It was very clean and the owner of the house was really nice she help us when we need help and recommend us a few things

Beautiful property - clean - quiet - comfortable. Self checkin made arrival and departure simple easy. Plenty of free parking. Many places to sit and relax outside and enjoy the wonderful views

Easy to find. Room was clean. Nice view and jacuzzi in the garden.

The rooms are under their main house and it's a hostel vibe. Not really a B&B. They include breakfast. But it's a kids fruit snack and a granola bar on the go. We felt like this was a bit of a scam as it's not really breakfast. You have the option of making your own coffee and tea in the kitchen. I saw the owner once after I messaged for a missing towel in the room. I took a towel from an empty, free room next to us as I wanted to shower and she was not there. When she arrived home later and brought me the towel; I told her I took a towel from another room, she was angry at me I shouldn't enter another room...so far the friendliness and aloha spirit.

Beware of cockroaches. Breakfast is not a breakfast, just graniola bar and cup of fruits. Hot tub was dirty, no AC

My expectation was for a clean pleasant room to go back to after a long sightseeing day. The room was clean and comfortable and the shared bathrooms and showers were really fine. I never had to wait for anyone to get out and let me in. They provided a snack breakfast to take with you. If you wanted to eat more you could make your own breakfast with some oatmeal or what was available in the community kitchen. It seemed to us that they had thought of all the needs and supplied what was needed. The grounds were very inviting and beautiful. We really enjoyed our 4 nights there.

For the price per night and the wonderful, easy, and comfortable accommodations, I really didn't find anything I didn't like.

no hot water in the bathroom by room 1. hot water was in the other two bathrooms. we were a bit co Cerner about customers washing their own dishes as the ones we had in our cubby were not clean. cannot comment on staff as we did not meet them.

Maybe a few more breakfast items i.e a variety of other packaged items that could be microwaved; I can buy instant 'grits' for example at home hard boiled eggs bread for toasting
