The location was comforting and close enough for my travels
The indoor pool and washer wasn’t operating. The television did not have google cast but promoted google cast.

Location Location Location! Loved the stay, enjoyed live music nearby. Fabulous restaurants across the street. Location Location, Location!!

The room was spacious with both a table and a desk.
Large shower.
The bedding was very flimsy, the sheets were very thin and crumbled looking, the comforter was too thin; the bedding was below standards for such a hotel.
The parking lot was very dirty with many papers, plastic bottles and cans that looked like they had been there for a while.

Location, size of the room.
Refrigerator door handle was missing, Towel rack over the toilet was missing leaving four small holes in the wall that hadn't been patched. Breakfast was essentially non-existent at 9:30.

Nice location
Front desk staff was more interested in eating her chipotle. I did checkin with my app, was sent to the front desk anyway and assigned a different room. Key through the app wasn’t an option. Breakfast staff wasn’t restocking food and coffee an hour into service, she also didn’t bother cleaning the tables. Just the service I’m used too at a Hilton property.

The pool was CLOSED and booking nor the Hilton Homewood sites made mention of this. I would not have booked the location had I known this in advance

No words to describe how good is this place from the front desk to food service to the people are cleaning best service im coming back .

As always, the staff, room and amenities like breakfast service was great.
While the room was cleaned and very comfortable, it didn't appear that they stocked the usual items I've seen before. There was in-room coffee but no creamer. Also we couldn't find a box of tissues, so we had to use toilet paper. We could have called down and gotten those items, but just didn't bother.

Good location, but this property maintenance and cleanliness has steadily declined for 5 years...
The shower in my room did not work (at all) - no running water, hot or cold. Reported and "fixed" during day two only to experience a shower that turned on but would not turn off during night #2. Had to move rooms at 10PM...

The room was a great size with a kitchenette and walk in shower. Also there is a shopping center across the street with good food options
