I booked but never went the front desk told me I would pay when I arrived. I never received my reimbursement on here either I need my money bk now

bed not good , rooms have some little smell , not good , all rooms is pet friendly if you allergic animal's not go there

In room 117 the parents, but the kids stay up all night. Every time I woke up I heard the kids.
it was close to the hospital it was clean. I was able to see my car out the window, but the kids next-door was loud.

Its was the closest hotel to the heart hospital, and the lady that checked us is was wonderful everything else was TERRIBLE
Its felt dirty, it stuck, there was no hot water, the AC didn't work and it was so hot it was hard to sleep! And when i opened the window to cool off because i was feeling sick the "maintenance guy" came and closed it and put a lock on it he was unbelievable RUDE about it too.

The front desk woman was friendly
The room we booked said double bed, but there was only one full sized bed. We were traveling for business. They said it was wrong on the website, but didn’t offer a better room or to refund the charge for the inaccurate information.
The bed was a platform jail style bed, extremely uncomfortable, and horrible. 3/10, would never come back

Nasty rooms. The entire place smelled like cigarette smoke and pot. The bathroom smelled like urine and still had dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door.

I reserved a smoking room but was told that there weren't any available although I made the reservation two weeks in advance the phone barely worked there was roach bait behind the toilet the bed was lumpy the room itself had cheap furniture the table was not secured and almost fell over because it was not screwed onto the base the refrigerator was warm at best and the staff while not rude or far from friendly
Provide the room that was booked fix the phone fix the table get decent beds train your staff and hospitality a little better and maybe not have large groups of men drinking beer and smoking cigarettes at night outside the hotel

the location was close to heart hospital where we were supposed to be at 6am
I booked a smoking room and I received a non smoking room. the hotel was very noisy. we barely got any sleep and we suppose to be up and got before 530am.
