Location

It was dirty extremely so. Tv in master bedroom did not work. Had a balcony right above pool so got to hear that all the time. The apartment was really dirty.

Panama City beach was beautiful. We couldn’t ask for a better location steps away from the gulf. The resort room was huge, able to accommodate our large group comfortably. Messaging the host was simple and they were responsive to questions. The room was equipped with full sized washer/dryer and kitchen equipped with supplies.

we did have an issue with our bracelets which are required to use the facilities (pool, hot tub, fitness center) not being available. The linens and furniture were pretty old giving them an unclean dated appearance.

The property was great no complaints the room was perfect but not very well cleaned. The fire alarm kept beeping nonstop I text and called but no one came, the HOA people popped in to check water heater and told me just to take battery out which how crazy of a comment. Plus the drains on everything were hard to go down even after plunging. The room just needs some TLC and it would have been perfect.

I liked the fact that it was centrally located to surrounding venues but one of the only complaints I have is that the controllers to the televisions did not work and also the night shift security guard went around accusing families of listening to music that was not child friendly and the music was coming from the balconies up above but other than that awesome place to stay can’t wait till next year

Property was very clean and beautiful location!

Would of been nice to have music and tiki bar/snacks for kids.

I had to text for everything only person we saw was the maintenance person came to fix air conditioning on 2nd day . And security when we arrived . Time on the beach was limited on day 1 and 2 on day 3 and 4 could not get in the water red flagged there was no hair dryer and that seems minor but would have taken one if had known . Anywhere ever stayed had a hairdryer .
