noisy, understaff, no breakfast, poor coffee

Pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was. A perfect place if you needed to spend a few days with it's coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove top and full sized refrigerator/freezer. Very comfortable and clean.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

There were boxes everywhere no room to walk around. there was garbage piled in the hall by the elevator all afternoon and night and the next morning. In our room the tub was poorly cleaned and the nightstand fell off the wall and sliced my husband's heel open badly thank goodness there wasn't a child in there when that happened they would of been seriously hurt

It was close to the highway

The hotel refuses to accept cash, even with a valid ID.

The room was comfortable and the staff very nice.

The walls were very thin and there were noisy guests all around us.

Staff was great, very clean facilities, great for extended stay with all the amenities.

Bed a little firmer than I like.

The staff was very accommodating as we needed to check in a couple hours early. They also upgraded our room at no cost and the room was absolutely spotless. The bed was so comfortable and was nice to have a kitchenware in the room.

There was a kitchenette in the room but there were no kitchen supplies whatsoever. None. If someone is traveling how and why would they have plates, pans and other kitchenware.
