The staff was nice and welcoming.

The bath tub and sink were both clogged. The towels in in our room were not clean.

Breakfast was good and convenient. Location was convenient for my stay.

The location is perfect for one night near the airport, but there are other better options, I guess.

staff was not friendly, it took them forever to check me and other couple in (they waited for 30+ minutes to get checked in at night with no line of other people). the person at the reception always got distracted, I waited for him for several minutes just to answer my question while he was chatting about life with a cleaning lady. I also had mould on my coffee supplies (napkins, sugar etc) in my room.

I think the staff was not friendly and the room had a/c issues and when we walked into the room there were still dirty towels in the room from previous guest and had to have the maid service provide new sheets and vacuum the room it was not cleaned when we given the room at check in. Staff and hotel needs a lot work.

The staff was excellent! The room was clean and big. It was amazingly well .convenient to everything

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sink in our room drained very slow to rhe point water was filling up in the sink.

The breakfast was okay wish they had offered pancakes or waffles like other hotels but it was fine.

How we told the people at the desk we needed assistance in our room bc our toilet flooded and then we needed room service for new sheets and we put the sign on our door, left the hotel for hours and came back and nothing was done!

The staff was friendly

I was given an occupied room. Had to go back to the front desk to ask for a clean room. The vents were filthy. I could see the dust and dirt piled up on the vents as I walked down the hallways. The carpet is old and jaded. The linen and furniture is poor quality. I was extremely uncomfortable.

Lobby and location of the hotel were clean and safe.The staff was kind, especially the overnight and late evening staff.

Our hotel cards kept getting deactivated so before we headed up to our room we had to activate them at the lobby. For 5 nights out of our two week stay there was a constant overwhelming smell of marijuana that stung our nostrils, I called to complain twice and the second time the lady just kept repeating she did not own the hotel and she wouldn’t be going up to investigate as it put her in danger. The mattresses were super uncomfortable and too firm for my liking. There were other people who were stay in the hotel and had parties but were letting their friends crash so parking became a nightmare. This hotel has two huge parking lots, one in the back and one in the front and all parking spots were occupied. I knew this could possibly be due to overbooking of the hotel but even then everyone would have had to bring two vehicles per room for it to be this full. When I called to express my concerns of this issue the lady assured me everyone in that parking lot belonged to the hotel(which is not true because a trailer over took four parking spots).
