Spacious beds, clean room, tasty coffee in the coffee machine in the room

Lack of kettle in the room, lack of bottles of water

The property was inviting, clean, and beautiful. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was fresh and delicious.

The mini fridge wasn't plugged in and it took a while to cool. The pillows were all very firm. Maybe have some firm and soft on the bed.

Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast.

Shower did not have hot water.

It was a beautiful hotel. It was quiet.

Just that the hot water had issues.

In spite of having paid thru Booking.com, the clerk ran my card and charged me again. I protested, but he said “That’s how it’s done”. approached the desk clerk in the morning and was advised I need to call Booking.com and get resolution. why ? it was their mistake, but now I have to figure out how to get my money back. the attitude at the desk was basically “oh, well”! additionally, there was no hot water.

The staff was very welcoming, the room was wonderful, very clean. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Traveling from Utah and found this gem. Had business in Tuba City but didn't expect to find a place so close to my destination. Check-in & check-out was super easy, staff was friendly, and the room had a microwave AND mini fridge. I hate that most hotels don't have both those amenities nowadays. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I've had better breakfast but with the pandemic going on, you just have to make due.

Beautiful facility and spotless room

Breakfast was served in a plastic clamshell and a plastic bag. The hotel needs to reduce plastic use. Good note: when I asked for my meal on a plain plate the server complied.
