Das Zimmer hat nach altem Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Aus der Klimaanlage tropfte ständig Wasser. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstück war die reinste Katastrophe!

Signage on street level was limited and made it difficult to find the hotel which is several floors above street level

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was perfect for the reason for the trip.

Sadly, the room was not comfortable, the couch was hard and scratchy, the bed was hard and so were the pillows. From a hotel of this cost, I expect to sink into softness and comfort.

The location was great, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was amazing.

The parking garage is a tight squeeze.

There was a party late at night in the room next to us - but was addressed by Shanna

Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was more than plentiful. It was very quiet.

Really everything was great. We had a king bed and our son stayed with us on the pull out bed. It would have been nice to be able to close a door between the two rooms, but we managed just fine.

The only thing we liked was the location to our concert venue.

They didn’t have any hand soap - they ran out and told us to use the shower gel to wash our hands. They also said they didn’t have anyone to bring us up a few things we asked for, such as plates and cups - we had to go down to the front desk. The windows were FILTHY - we paid extra for a city view and you could barely see the city because of how dirty the windows were. Also, you have to pay $25 for parking? That should be included in the price of the hotel. The staff wasn’t very friendly when we asked about it, either. The breakfast was incredibly mediocre and disappointing - the sausage was cold and there was plastic in with the fruit.

There was no hot water in the bathroom. The parking garage was hard to find our way to the hotel.

Place was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and spacious room with living area separate from the bedroom. Also, bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Some of the staff was nice, most weren't. See below.

We got there and waiting about 10 minutes until someone opened the door, even though we knocked on the door and rang the bell. Once someone came back to the reception it took us another half hour to get checked in, we were double charged which took 2 full weeks to get credited back. 2 out of the 3 receptionists that we dealt with didn't seem to know what they were doing. Thankfully we had Angela, who helps us a bunch, she was kind and actually cared to help. At the end, upon check out the manager apologized for the inconvenience that was caused and everything was fine. Good hotel, but seems like there needs to be a little more attention to training beyond management.

Pool area could use a good cleaning.

The room smelled like someone smoked in it despite being non smoker, and tried to cover the smell. It was okay but not ideal. The price reflect the place. Good Downtown situation and normal breakfast buffet, but doesn't reflect the Hyatt Place standards I'm used to with Hyatt Place. A little below and aging.

Great location, decent breakfast.

Way too much chlorine in pool and spa. All my kid's eyes were burning and swim regularly without this issue.
