Absolutely everything. I love that Hilton has entered this market. If Spark by Hilton Midland South is any example, they should be extremely successful. Hostesses were very friendly. We received a “goodie bag” of two bottles of water and a snack. The room was immaculate and very well cared for. The bed was superb. And the price, well, the price was amazing. Hilton quality shone through. We will definitely seek out Spark hotels when we travel again.

It was clean and modern.
There was no coffee maker, microwave, no cups to rinse you mouth after brushing your teeth, The breakfast was bagels and a toaster and mashed prepackaged muffins. the coffee creamer was empty. A sorry excuse for breakfast.

The room was extremely clean. The orange juice provided in the morning was great.
The description said “breakfast included”. However, the breakfast was only bagels.
No drinking cup in the bathroom. No ice bucket.

The breakfast was very limited for not saying precarius. The common areas were dirty and the hotel was being repaired and there was a lot of noise.

This is a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. They are going through a remodel but all of the construction material and equipment was placed in a safe area away from hotel guest and I feel that all efforts were taken to minimize the mess. The staff was very nice and warned us about the construction and took every measure to make sure we were informed and safe.
There is really nothing bad to say about this place. We were very pleased with it.

The location was great, but the breakfast was simple. Then again, the hotel was very reasonable, so the breakfast was fine.
I did not find anything to dislike.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast exceeded expectations! There were hashbrowns, egg & chorizo, bagels, waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice, pantries and spreads.
I waited over 40 minutes before staff appeared for check in. There was a sign at reception that said they were helping another guest. At about 30 minutes, I called the only number listed and emailed as well. No one picked up, and the email address bounced. Staff could have apologized and smoothed things over but instead got defensive and told me I wasn't waiting for very long.

staff not knowledgeable…had a stranger use a key to try to get in scary also staff like questioned me if really happened… shower was VERY slippery toilet clogged often … would not stay again

The blankets for the beds need to be heavier for us that like to sleep in the cold.

Bathroom light bulb needed to be replaced and desk said maintenance could not fix until Monday so went 3 days without light in bathroom except shower light.
