The bed was so comfy! Bathroom was clean, nice big bathtub.

never cleaned my room. didn’t keep the regular office hours they said they did. tv took instructions to even flip through channels.

Bed was hard . Satellite didn’t work. Pillows were super flat.

We were on the ground floor in room 3. The room above had a very squeaky floor and bed. We were kept up all night listening to every intimate noise the couple upstairs made.

Very clean. Wonderful location. Great option to pay for noon check-in and 2pm check-out.

Despite paying for 2pm check-out and DND sign out, housekeeping came in at 1pm.

Friendly staff, Great location. The room was spacious. Free parking is a plus.

the community microwave and there wasn’t a trash can in my room. also idk if the fire place was real or fake but I was excited for a real free standing one.

Loved the fireplace, the local artisan tea blends, the toiletries, the DVD collection, the saltwater pool, the location.

The bed wasn't the most comfy ever, but small price to pay, really! Everything else was perfect!

The room was very clean and cute. I love the minimalist decor, it feels very refreshing to be in a place without clutter. The hotel was conveniently located to everything.

We had a room by the pool and it was pretty loud. the Pool closes at 9pm I believe so just keep that in mind if you go to bed early. Also, the tv is tricky to use.

It was close to the beach, clean, and kitchy.

I thought the remodelling could have been a bit more comprehensive. It was clearly inspired by hotels like the Ace Hotel, but without the same level of detail, or investment. For example, they should have removed the old plastic shower bath insert. It was yellow, and had faint cigarette burns from the 70s or 80s.

Good location close to the beach and downtown shops, restaurants and businesses. The interior finishes were kind of bohemian but the bed and shower were fine. Our unit was on the second floor and quiet.

The television setup was difficult and somewhat possessed. Someone from the office came to our unit to show us how but even though my wife and I are fairly tech savvy we didn't figure it out. There was WiFi but our computers couldn't find theirs. My wife needed it to do some work but had to use a hot spot she has, instead. It needed more lighting around the work space as well.
