the location was good far enough not to get road noice. bed was comfortable.

the wall thermostat on the wall didn’t work and there was no note to say to use the one in the window. but once we figured that out was good

Charge an extra $25 cash only "deposit" that you do not get back. Staff, except the maid was very rude.

The room was clean. The bed and loveseat were both quite comfortable. I’m glad I chose to stay here. The motel was a big reason that my stay in Eau Claire was so great

Economic. Included light breakfast. Close enough to things. Availability of desk staff.

Squeaky floors. No self-serve laundry area. Old room smell.

Location

That the manager/owner of the hotel kept the deposit because he said they're was fried chicken crumbs smashed into the carpet and he'd have to get a special vacuum to clean it! Funny because there were blood stains on the sheets of the bed. Wonder if he charged the people who stained the sheets for a special washing machine to NOT get it out!

This hotel is located close to a gas station and the revving vehicles made it impossible to sleep. My son had planned to stay for the week and we had to move him out after two days due to the loud noise from the gas station. This was no fault of the hotel itself but just of the surroundings. Very sad.

Room was nice and clean. Decent location with a great restaurant across the street.

The free breakfast was a joke. You could hear every step of whoever was above you.
