Loved the breakfast. Delicious yogurt & fruit. Location was perfect for me. The staff was absolutely wonderful- very polite, friendly, & professional.

The pillows were too puffy - hurt my neck. I got stuck in the bathroom because the sliding door didn't roll - my son had to help get the door unstuck. - And the faucets are poorly designed as water gets everywhere.

Around 7pm I was trying to figure out what to eat for dinner and I really didn't want to drive anywhere (I was very tired). I went down to the lobby to ask if there was a vending machine somewhere that I could get a bag of chips or something. Much to my surprise they had a kiosk type station where they were able to make me a chicken sandwich. I was thrilled with this option. We stayed in Lubbock Texas and the guy who was working the lobby food kiosk that night was amazing and very cheerful. He deserves to be recognized (unfortunately I didn't get his name). We stayed on Feb 19, 2024.

Overall we were pretty happy with our stay.

Easy to check in and out, good breakfast

Took a long time to get hot water for the shower, tiles were broken. Had to be careful not to cut my bare feet
