Śniadanie dla wszystkich takie samo - raczej komunizm;...zbyt miękkie łóżka, brak łyżki do butów i otwieracza do butelek - 2 butelki wody w cenie zakapslowane...:)..... nie wszyscy mają chęć otwierać takie butelki zębami albo użyć blatu od stolika...,śniadanie - opcja była wegetariańska , więc na śniadanie wędlina jak wędlina, ale kelner stwierdza, że to wegetariańska wędlina oraz pasta warzywna...ale mięsna...itd., kawa z ekspresu rozpuszczalna - lura, w nocy słychać dźwięki z góry...brak wifi - ogólnie padła sieć tel., brak sauny - nieczynna, chociaż na stronie jest i w bookingu...

za taką kwotę można było oczekiwać codziennego serwisu sprzątającego, wymiany ręczników, wyrzucenia śmieci czy chociaż uzupełnienia papieru. Brak półek w ogromnej łazience, ale meblościanka z przeszkloną witrynką na zastawę w pokoju na całej długości ściany

Perfect location, 10/10! If you are looking for a quiet place hidden in the mountains, close to the tourist routes starting points, go to Muczne! There are no "civilization lights" nearby, so you can see millions of stars above you during the night; it is an amazing experience. The hotel has been renovated, it is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The reception staff is very kind and helpful, very nice people.

The breakfasts are very simple as for the hotel standard. I mean, the hotel itself is much better than the restaurant service. Rather a poor choice and the quality of the products is not high. If you pay a lot for your meal, you hope to get quality products at least. In this case, it wasn’t like this. So, we didn’t even want to try to order dinner (the prices at the hotel restaurant are very high, so we were afraid to pay a lot and receive a poor meal). Maybe our experience was not good because of the season (November), but we were there for the whole week, so I think the opinion is balanced. On the other hand, the rooms miss a few pieces of equipment (and an interior designer’s help…). We had a big studio, it was comfortable and had an amazing view, but the living room was very dark. Imagine dark walls, dark furniture, dark carpet, dark curtains and only two lamps for about 35m2 room. The bathroom is really big, but there is no shelf, no table, so we had to keep all our things on the floor.

Planning of the building is quite poor and old "Soviet style", so many rooms and common area inside are far from being perfect. Restaurant is quite poor (especially comparing to Karczma just 80 m from the hotel)

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The car ride was beautiful as at night you could see all the stars in the sky.
