I liked the location of Royale Coach Motor Lodge to the Hampton Beach area. It was an easy ride to the beach and all the wonderful restaurants that I wanted to visit. I thought that the grounds were kept up nicely.
The Royale Coach Motor Lodge is badly in need of some deep cleaning. Or a complete renovation. The furniture was old and cracked. The bathroom tile was also cracked and broken. The wi-fi is too far from the rooms that it barely works. The TV's are ancient and don't even have HD channels. The place is good for a cheap bed and that's it.

The old salt restaurant was across the street all the hotels are expensive in the area this place was nicely priced especially for a Saturday night

The rooms are clean cozy and just right,..right in Hampton beach location for less than $200 a night,..owners on site all tine super nice super sincere and friendly!! It is my go to every time!!!

Loved the location, roomy enough for 2-3 people in one room, wonderful shower space. Good bathroom lighting and overall privacy. Neighboring occupants were not loud, and kept to themselves. staff was super friendly and efficient. super comfort mattresses.
Price could be less considering the size of the room, but I would stay again so no complaints!!!

The bathroom had been updated in recent years
We were shocked when we drove up and found the exterior of the buildings to be extremely dated and not maintained. In the windows were broken blinds and outdated curtains in poor condition. The exterior doors appeared to be patched in places. Inside, we found that other than the bathroom, the room looked like nothing had been done for 40 to 50 years. The wallpaper was peeling and the rugs were stained. The bed was not bad. We would have left and asked for a refund but there was no other vacancies anywhere near there. When we booked the room for $200 per night we thought we would find a place well maintained.
