Great location for Disney. We used pickup and drop off for our grandkids and families, only 10-15 minutes each way so it was convenient to take a break mid-day and get em back to the parks for evening activities or meet for lunch at one of the Disney lodges. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and feels safe even for evening walks with the dog. The king and queen beds were very comfortable. Service for low battery condition in the security system was prompt.

I should have paid the extra to heat the pool. Despite a couple of 90 degree days, the water was still cold...still the kids gave it a try. Quite refreshing...they tell me. The pool table is a nice touch but it's in quite shabby condition. Only one cue stick. See our more detailed note on minor suggestions.

The house decor was great, gave the onsite Disney feel for the kids and an excellent value for us! The house was roomy and set up so everyone had privacy when we needed it after our busy days. The access to shopping and the parks was an added bonus - we were so close to everything!

The linens need a refresh. The instructions for the pool alarm could be better, it was difficult to use and caused lots of frustration. The beginning supplies were unclear, we spent money unneccessarily on stuff we didn't need and ended up leaving behind.
