The staff great clean n quiet

It was exceptionally clean & comfortable. The room was very large & the staff was friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Good staff, clean room, updated shower, located close to lots of stuff, secure fence between property and surrounding lots made us feel better about our car overnight.
July 2023 record heat wave, got to room and it was HOT. Took about 2 hours for it to feel ok anywhere other than the bed next to AC. Mild mildew smell bothered wife so she bought an air freshener. We noticed this smell in a few other buildings around the city.

the location was great.
we had to evacuate for a hurricane and stayed two nights we needed to stay longer and they said they didn/t have any rooms but three other couples went ask after us and they let them stay which i thought was unfair.

The guy running the front desk was not friendly at all and the rooms need to be updated.

Staff was friendly. Kept room very clean and made sure we had fresh towels and sheets. Also located in a very easy to access location with several food options close by.
Booked this hotel for the free breakfast, breakfast was not available and I didn’t go back into the lobby until checkout and they had some basic options like yogurt, pastry, and coffee. I’m not sure if breakfast was weekends only but if breakfast is an important thing to you, call and make sure before you book.
Room also had a slight odor like it had been wet before.

The rooms are super clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I had 1 night in Houston and this was easiest for our friends to pick us up at. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel was run down. The hallways were dark..lots of stairs not good for carrying suitcases. It was really noisey..you can hear everything through rooms. They only give you 2 towels and washclothes for 3 people. Nothing like the pics online.
