The booking company had messed up our reservation but the hotel clerk did a great job of figuring it out and making sure we got the correct room and that we didn’t get overcharged for it.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, willing to help and answer any and all questions. The hotel was extremely clean and the beds were comfy. Totally recommend this hotel to anyone that is in the area. Breakfast was great as well.
I can't think of anything i didn't like. It was close to attractions that we were looking for, and it has easy access to the highway for us to go home.

Not enough seating for breakfast. There were only 6 tables. Had to wait on a table and had only 15 minutes left to eat. Breakfast choices were pretty limited and supply was low by the time we got a table. Nice lady rushed to get us something though.

Excellent location/ staff friendly and professional, knowledgeable of locations of restaurants. Enjoyed engaging with all of the staff from checkin-in to House cleaning

I alway travel with a air purifier my husband product. Aerusofbaltimore.com the air in the room is a little uncomfortable just being honest.

We’ve stayed here plenty of times and it’s very convenient for us.
The front desk warned us about a guest having been smoking marijuana on the floor we were on and we could smell some of it in our room. Unfortunately that is the 4th time we’ve stayed in the hotel and smelled it each time. I understand they can’t control that, but it’s not a pleasant smell. And the bed isn’t very comfortable for me, my husband slept fine.

Great location. 2nd most comfortable bed and pillows ever had. Cleanliness impressive.
Waffle maker horrible. Too thin. Overcooked like a crunchy cookie. I saw a few people throw them away like I did.

The hotel appearance seemed cleaned on the surface and trendy. The continental breakfast was satisfying.
In the age of covid the elevator buttons and the phone in the room were flithy. It was questionable that the bed was freshly made.

It was a beautiful hotel... Exceptionally clean!!! Very cozy!! We got the king size bedroom with the separate living room and kitchenette and it was really spacious and again, very clean...I was very pleased!!
