We were hoping to relax and enjoy family time because we were in the car for 10+ hours and we couldn’t even do that beca

It was clean

The location, you have to pay for parking and things had to be charged to the room vs being able to pay for it separately

I’ll be back to stay because the staff went out of their way to assist me and my family member!

Across the street and a better value than the hotel that my work was located. The staff was exceptional, friendly and accommodating. I will stay there again.

I liked everything except that I think their front lobby and coffee area needs updating. It does not give a great impression when walking in.

Floors were dirty. Our socks were black on the bottom. Couple stains on couches, sheets.

Great location ! Incredibly nice staff at the desk & valet.

Long wait for the valet-only parking. We were basically stuck because there was only one attendant and about 8 cars waiting. Our room was really humid & a funky odor came out of the a/c all weekend.

Convenient location

Location was great. Staff was very pleasant. Bed was comfy. Bathroom clean. Would maybe stay again.

I was led to believe the hotel offered complimentary breakfast which it did not. It had breakfast but is $15 a piece.

Location is excellent and we would stay here again.

The location is excellent, everything in the room was like new, and it was very clean.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, but it is in any city.

the rooms were perfect.

the pool needed a deep cleaning . also was not pleased with being charged for valet parking and being told I have no option. unless I wanted to park on the street and pay $2.00 and hour .

This hotel was comfortable, clean and met our needs for a one night stay downtown

Location is great. Restaurants and things to do in easy walking distance.

Pool area and sun deck seemed a little run down. nothing overly special about the rooms.

Rooms we’re good, clean

parking is Valet, which is not declared when booking, so there is additional expense. breakfast is in a separate restaurant.

High value: I felt I got a very good experience at the price I paid

Clean, rooms felt newly appointed, staff was very friendly and helpful, location was great.

Cable TV felt pretty dated, couple of wall mounted fixtures loose in the room

I will likely return!

Nice hotel. Centrally located in downtown within a 10 to 15 minute walk to UT Chattanooga. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Offered a great breakfast that was included in the room. There are several restaurant options within a few blocks of the hotel.

My only qualm is that it is a Brazilian Steak House, so not ideal for dinner for everyone. I was located next to the elevators, so it was a bit noisy. But we're learned to travel with a portable white noise machine, so it wasn't a problem for me.

if they steal 300$ out of your account ! don’t go!

never made it there but 300$ was stolen out of my account !! 186 for penalty was ok but 300$??

never going there if this is the way you treat your customers!!
