Reserved through Booking.com. The hotel would not accept the reservation when we arrived because we lived within a 50 mile radius of the hotel. We paid through PayPay. We are now trying through Pay Pal and booking to receive refund. Will not use Booking.com again or stay in any Comfort Inns. This should have been disclosed to us in advance of payment.

Location is terrible.
Shares a parking lot with a gas station. There’s lots of vehicle noise and train noise.

The bed was really big and comfy and the air was perfectly cool for the hot weekend. We were provided clean towels and wash cloths. The staff was nice.
The elevator wasn’t working and we were on the third floor, the hot hallways didn’t help the trips up and down the stairs. The air was very cool, but it sounded like the motor was going to give out when it was going off. The breakfast options were small and limited. I’m not sure if it was the outlet or the iron, but one of them didn’t work right. The shower didn’t properly drain water and the shower head could stand more pressure to provide more water. Lastly, I encountered a baby roach crawling on the door.

Friendly staff, clean facility once we were able to get in by 4pm. Had to leave & wait for room cleaning.
Property has some mgmt issues. Rooms not cleaned but staff was unaware.

Location was good. The room could use some touching up but it was clean.

The location was near Fort Lee. The breakfast options were ok. The eggs and sausage didn't look right so we just had bagels and juice.
1. No military discount although families sometimes stay there while visiting military family members
2. It felt like a scam was being run when I used my card. My account was charged and the card machine went down. Clerk tried to get me to swipe my card again and I refused. Woke up next day and called my bank, was told the money was taken from that one use however, the hotel tried to charge my account three times after the initial transaction. This hotel is privately owned and that in and of itself will keep me away because there is no accountability.
3. The carpets in the rooms aren't clean. They need to be vacuumed.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Breakfast ok, coffee not bad. Very good location.
Fitness room was not readily accessible, you had to make a reservation.

Property is a bit dated. However the obvious attempts to keep it clean and comfortable overshadow that. Toilet seat was a bit loose.
