Location comfortable and nice view from the room
Bought grandkids for swimming while on spring break. Pool was cold. They didn't even want to stay in it long. No hot tub. Restaurant does not do room service and no breakfast continental or any other included with price. Have to go elsewhere

Breakfast was horrid! I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I ate the fresh fruit. Bit into the sausage sandwich, spit it out and threw it away. A greasy horrible mess.

Room was nice but refrigerator wasn't even big enough for dinner leftovers.
There wasn't coffee available in common area in the lobby. I was downstairs at 10:10AM Sunday morning and Starbucks was closed and there wasn't anywhere to get coffee. I attempted to make a purchase at the same Starbucks Saturday night and their card reader was malfunctioning. I understand that wasn't their fault but I'm sure they could have done something to help out customers. And Sunday morning couldn't they do like lesser $$$hotels and leave coffee throughout the day.

It was good
Had to keep calling for towels, had no cups or ice bucket, had to call twice for a do not disturb sign and the kid who finally brought us our stuff didn’t have good manners.

Property was well maintained, and adequate. but had trouble learning of locations of amenities and local markets.
Stayed for 9 nights, and there was not one attempt to provide maid service or linen change to the room even one time. Even had to practically beg for fresh towels, despite being 55 plus, and in the age group extra prone to bacterial, viral and fungal infections.

Didn’t have breakfast. Love the location—I can visit family and do business from there. Love the affiliation with The Arc. I’ve been involved in The Arc in the county where I live in NC. Easy parking and easy in and out is a plus.
Last booking I requested a King size bed and upon arrival was told you were “sold out”.

Room was very clean and staff was very nice and helpful.
Could hear the trains all night long. Also, only 1 person at the Bistro for breakfast so was taking a long time to get food. We had to go some place else since we didn't have much time.

No contemporary breakfast. Especially for the above average price, I feel ripped off. You should offer it.
You should also let the guests know- when they arrive - the hours for the Starbucks area because we missed breakfast. The desk did not offer information.
The bed had crumbs in it and the alarm went off at 6am. Maybe re-train the housekeeping staff.

fairly quiet, though there were lots of kids there for pool parties
it’s very confusing figuring out how to get into the building. The sign directs you to to check in by the parking garage but those doors can’t be operated without a key card. The actual entry door has a sign that says the Arc, and does not say entrance or check in, etc.

it was clean and convenient location from university
our bathroom door was off track and had to squeeze into and out of bathroom because door jammed. it was late when we checked in and made to much noise to try to get on track but sucked couldn’t shut door to use bathroom
