The shower pressure was amazing!

Kids were running through the halls playing ding dong ditch.

Very clean, comfy beds, warm shower water, and friendly staff! i love how check out is until 12 pm! would come back!

Very clean! And the Staff was the absolute best. Actually took pride in the jobs.

The front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming. The traffic on the freeway was very loud in the room.

We had trouble with a neighbor and the front desk did nothing about it, he was banging on our door trying to fight.

The bathroom toilet seat was literally broken and the pull out mattress in the sofa had exposed staples

Rob, at the front desk, was very courteous and helpful. Offered a bottle opener when I got beer from downstairs. He offered directions to places to eat and entertainment. Cheers!

It was fine

Customer service. Communication is key. The first room I checked in to had a foul smell coming out the room. We changed rooms then the sheets in that room were dirty. The housekeeper knocked n handed us the sheets like were supposed to change it ourselves. We had literally just checked in. I was confused at why she would just hand us sheets like were the housekeepers. Then I had to limp all the way up the hill cause the 1 handicap space was taken and Noone explained that there was a garage with more handicap spaces. Terrible Communication..as much as I stay at Hiltons this was very disappointing 😞
