The hotel room was exceptionally clean and nice
My room…it was a mini apartment

Breakfast was great, but a hockey team and their families consumed the area gir a very long time and left their mess. Not the hotels fault, except it ruined the experience for non hockey folks .

Location and breakfast variety
Some of the staff were rude,, we didn't get fresh towels or garbage service when requested, shower layout caused water to spill out onto the bathroom floor every time it was used, key card only worked on main door and not the side door

pleasant decor, love having a suite with living space separate from the sleeping space.
long walk to our room, we were place at the backside of the property which was fine except my husband has difficulty walking great distances. we weren’t aware that we would have to walk so far. if we had known, we would have requested a room closer to the front of the property.

The breakfast not so much, it has variety but it could have some bacon too.

Great value for cost. Nice spacious room for two adults and three children. We also had a puppy (the purpose of our travel) and the front desk worker seven gave us treats for him. The kids loved the pool and the location was perfect.
The room was pretty cold when we got there but we just adjusted the thermostat. Understandable when it was single digit temps outside.

Great location. wonderful for short stays with the fully equipped kitchen. so nice not to have to eat out all the time.

Breakfast was good, location was convenient.
The bed was not very comfortable, had a backache in the morning.
People were partying in the halls at 1:00 am, very loud and woke us up twice during the night.

The staff were so helpful and kind when one of our group members lost her phone. He went out of his way to search all over the hotel grounds looking for it!
