Si vous souhaitez être reçu comme un chien, vous êtes au bon endroit. La dame qui nous a reçu à 21h ne nous a jamais dit bonsoir, a levé les yeux au ciel ou soufflé lorsque nous ne comprenions pas une instruction. Si vous souhaitez faire votre chambre, vous êtes au bon endroit. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h avec deux jeunes enfants. Le lit n’était pas fait. Nous avons dû le faire par nous même. Le canapé lit était de mauvaise qualité. La couverture était déchirée. Si vous ne souhaitez pas que l’on fasse votre chambre, vous êtes au bon endroit. Entre deux nuits, Aucun ménage n’est fait , ni les lits refaits! Surprenant pour un hôtel où il est affiché que cela est réalisé tous les jours. Dommage parce que l’hôtel n’est pas désagréable. Avec une organisation différente et du personnel plus agréable nous pourrions le recommander. Cela n’est pas le cas!!

It was super close to home Port Canaveral. The staff was also amazing. The air conditioner was broken in one of our rooms and the staff moved us to another room after attempting to fix it. Breakfast was also great!

Breakfast a bit limited and the breakfast area was a bit too crowded. Disposable cutlery so not exactly environmental friendly.

What I liked the most was Larry at the front desk on Sunday morning. We had a few things we needed to be ready for our cruise and he was very helpful.

The pillows are not really comfortable, but I figured out how to punch it into what could work.

My husband and I stayed there two nights before going on a cruise. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Each morning there was something different added or put in place of the day before. The front desk Host, I believe her name is Kris, was EXCELLENT!! In the evening they opened a Tiki Hut serving drinks by the pool. I so enjoyed my stay there. I would recommend this facility.

Everything was good. I would not change one thing about my experience at this facility.
