The front desk lady was exceptional. I asked for joining rooms and was emailed they could not accommodate. When we arrived I explained I was traveling with my elderly mother she fixed it so we had joining rooms. She went above and beyond to meet our needs . Appreciate her service .

The pool was great, had our grand kids breakfast was very good. But the hotel was obviously understaffed and employees complaining.

Cable offerings

Room was not what i had requested. Hallway and upstairs noise. Staff removed food from breakfast before we had finished eating.

Pretty much everything, a nice quiet room excellent staff and breakfast. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel again.

That was by far the best stay of at least the last 50 hotels we have used. Great facility.

Room size, cleanliness, kitchenette, comfortable bed. Complimentary bottled water upon checkin.

On the morning before checkout, the toilet broke.
