Location
Had a gas leak so no hot water. Didn't fin out until close midnight when we returned from a softball game. We were not able to shower and not fixed before we left the next morning. Very dissatisfied.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and free popcorn and bottled water was a nice bonus. Great access to shopping and dining.

Check in and out was easy and friendly. The facility was clean
Couldn't see out our window as it was covered with plastic. The guests in the room above us were noisy from 11pm - 4am even after staff was notified.

Didn't know it was extended stay facility. Would not have booked. No amenities.

Close to freeway and shopping. Rates were reasonable. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. We wanted to stay close due to playing volleyball at the Louisville slugger Dome. This was close, and the room was so cute.
This is not something you could help, but the people next to us were extremely loud. It sounded like they were moving furniture, and they talked in very loud voices even though it was between the hours of 10:30 and midnight.

We have nothing bad to say about our stay. The staff went above and beyond to to make us feel welcome. Gave us a lot of options for places to eat that can not be found in our hometown. Our two dogs even got welcome treats for their stay at this hotel too. If you are traveling with dogs, a lot of open grass fields to take them for walks. Everything was clean, perfect and comfortable. The staff is what makes this hotel an enjoyable experience.

Good location to event I attended. Close to shopping. Very comfortable bed. Liked having kitchenette.
Very poor water pressure in shower. Water would not stop flowing thru shower head even though faucet was turned off. Reported the issue to front desk twice, but maintenance doesn't work on weekends.

Was very clean and a very friendly staff. Will stay again the next time in Peoria.
