Location, cleanliness very professional. The breakfast was amazing. Everyone working at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Full-size refrigerators in the rooms and plenty of space.

Pet friendly but at a very high cost .

The location, the temperature in the room for the air doesn't go lower than 68 degrees. Very stuffy . The room I booked was not the room I got. The room did not have a bath tub, nor temp control below 68. The pet fees , loud traffic, room services enters while occupied....hidden fees are ridiculous. I will not be back .

The Location was excellent. The beds very comfortable and it was very nice to have a kitchen in the room. We were on the top floor so no noise. They did have a breakfast area the staff in there was really accommodating.

Front desk was not accommodating, we asked for a extra pillow and they would not get us one. We had the police called on us after 2 days of birthday celebrating...Cake, presents, balloons, and swimming. This was from the night manager for Child trafficking. Same children that we came in with and was introduced as my grandchildren. Police pounded on the door at 12:30 to get are drivers license and did a spot light on each of the girls!!! We felt the environment was hostile. No recourse on our part.

Excellent staff who are extremely easy to work with. Great customer service and wonderful breakfast. Everyone is very friendly!
