as a mobility challeged person, having a room on the second floor without elevator services was disa pointing, and there was no option to change rooms as they were booked full

Rooms were clean.

Diffficult check in, staff was friendly and professional, however the process was not smooth. For the cost of the rooms, we felt the breakfast should have offered a few more choices. It was not bad, just the value of could have been better.

Very clean, modern, and not right down town

It was close to our activity for the day and not far from Duluth. It was clean and affordable for what we needed.

requested an early check in and when we got there, the desk person didn't even check to see if our room was ready. we were just told we had to come back after 3:00. Also looked like there was some remodeling going on because there was construction materials in the main lobby. It wasn't dirty, but didn't look great either. It's a little out of the way too so you have to drive to everything.

This place was okay. Nothing stood out as exceptionally good or bad. The room was clean. The beds weren’t the best, but okay. The breakfast was okay. The location was okay. I would stay here again, but I’ll probably look at a different place next time I travel to the area.
