Rooms where clean but the shower head was leaking was ready to fall off smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag. Door didn’t close right unless locked

Quiet and clean.

Best place to stay in Spring, Texas for the price. Doesn’t feel so hotel-like, more homey than anywhere I’ve stayed in the area. If they started doing breakfast again and maybe had a pool, I’d say it was perfect!

No pool or breakfast which sucks. They should at least start breakfast again.

first, there is no included breakfast when we arrived because according to the receptionist they stopped serving d/t COVID but it is still included in our booking per site of booking.com. IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED FOR YEARS. poor communication between booking.com and the facility. second, i spoke to the cust service of booking.com and trying to resolve the issue but the phone number of the inn is out of reach until i got tired bec of the long drive. 3rd, the day shift receptionist said that he will, instead, give us a complimentary bottled water bec of miscommunication but he didnt.

The thing I didn’t like about the property was, the curtains did not close properly, outside looking in.,there was hair on the door & toilet of the bathroom when arrived, then, I asked for fresh towels to bath on the morning of check out, but because we were checking out they only gave big towels, no wash cloths.

The staff that lives here and housekeeping is horrible.

Tired off fighting with these people. Looking for another place to stay. We stay here a lot like more than half a month maybe 3/4 of a month almost every month.

It was close to where I needed to be.

The staff is rude and they lie. These are pictures of my room after they said they cleaned it. I have many more pictures it just won't let me post them. The last one is of trash that was piled up outside for 3 or 4 days on the upstairs balcony.

The room is clean and great everything about Scottish is amazing I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family the staff is amazing and they welcome you like you are family

The pillows were better than the last time we stayed there.

The older lady that works there is just hateful, her attitude sucks. It's right beside the freeway so it's hard to hear at that window and if you say I can't hear you she gives you this hateful look. She acts like she hates it there. They have a coin a operated washer and dryer yet they do not have quarters to give thepeople that stay there to do their laundry nor any laundry soap for sale in the office like most of hotels do. This lady in my personal opinion does not need to be in that office at all. Also every time we stay there housekeeping is always knocking on our door at 9:30 in the morning. Very annoying and because of this I will probably not ever stay there again. KEEP THAT LADY OUT OF THE OFFICE. She needs to get a different job before she runs all the customers off.
