Hotel did not have a reservation for us. Apparently, Booking.com failed to make the booking.

Nos encantó la atención, limpieza y ubicación del hotel, es a 30 minutos de los parques pero es excelente para descansar tranquilo y hacer otras actividades.
En realidad todo fue de nuestro agrado.

A difficult night but the staff (woman on front desk duty) helped us a lot.
Nothing, though it was a bit difficult to find when you've had a transatlantic flight, in the dark, in a rental car and my wife had fallen at Orlando airport and broken her shoulder.
