Location at end of boardwalk was nice.

Only 1 of 2 elevators was working the three days we were there, had to move luggage racks from basement garage, surprised no accessible entrance to lobby other than garage, at least from what I could see. Room was OK. No electrical outlet by beds. Commode in bathroom had ring around the water line and shower floor had film. We went and bought bathroom cleaner to clean up. Even though the hotel is right on the boardwalk/beach, it was a really long walk to the ocean, but it seems like many of the ocean front hotels are like that. There is a beach taxi service you can call, that's how long the walk is. Breakfast restaurant in hotel not worth the price. Nice fireworks show each Friday night on the Wildwood boardwalk.

Elevator being out the entire time especially when it came time to checkout. My wife could not get a good hair dryer after asking twice during our 4 days.

elevators take way to long plus cleaning ladies use elevators make the wait longer. not fair to people who a lot of money to stay there.

We really enjoyed our room. It was suit style which was great when having a 9 month old with us. It provided plenty of room for our little one to move around, but also had a divider between the sleeping area and kitchen/living room area so if she was taking a nap we could hang out in the "room" without disturbing her. We particularly liked the view of the pool and beach from our balcony. The room was very clean, and even though they didn't come in the clean our rooms due ot covid protocols, we could get new towels, toiletries etc. each day if we needed them. The kitchenette also had soap and cleaning tools to wash the dishes there if you use any. Also, we arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in once our room was ready and clean. That was so nice!

The elevator had a very odd smell. Not sure if something happened there and they just couldn't get it fully cleaned or the small out, but since we had a baby and used a stroller we had to use the elevator during our stay.

We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant abs it was very good. The hotel is right on the ocean with gorgeous ocean views. There is ample parking and very close to all the area attractions. The room was very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay there again in the future! The one drawback for me was the smell and look of elevator. It could use some TLC. The pool area and pool looked clean and lovely, however we were not there to swim.

The elevators need cleaning and the parking spots outside were extremely tight.

We did not eat at the location during our stay.

The room had a musty smell. Went out and brought air fresheners.
