the rooms could use a clean update. the frame around the door i felt as though i could pull the door frame off when using the door guard.
the restaurant/bar wasn’t open. the pool was cloudy but swimmable. hot tub was out of service.

Clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was Amazing. Everything is just a quick walk away . Highly recommend.

Very good location in the middle of the village where you can walk around like a local. The pool area is nice and breezy.
The room was dark. smells a bit awkward, they may nee to change the cleaning material. The windows didn't open well, one of them was broken. Drive way and the parking area may need to be blacktopped. You cannot pull your luggage.

Clean, friendly staff, cental location, continental breakfast, parking. Rate was good for ho;iday weekend in that area.
Queen bed was ok, however firmer mattress would have beeen more comfortable.

Staff was wonderful! Attentive and kind. Rooms were clean, pool area was very clean and breakfast was very nice! Would definitely stay here again.
Pool area was smaller than it seemed in pictures and there looked like there had been a hot tub that was covered with turf and plants. Overall, not a problem and everything was very nice!

The only staff member I saw during my visit was EXCELLENT! He answered my questions and help me find restaurants and shops of interest. I like the concept of the hotel and that it is considered a “green” hotel. The location was great! I parked my car at the hotel and was able to walk everywhere. Green port is a beautiful, friendly place to visit!
Overall the hotel needs TLC. I really am pulling for this hotel to stay the course and continue improving.
