When first got there they stated the card was declined Took them 45 mins to find my booking from the site was very upset someone needs a updated system.

so after check in we just dropped our things in the room #123 and left for dinner when we got back, the toilet overflowed, room phone was not working so you have to go to the front desk. room smells cigarette smoke, the AC turns off every a couple of minutes, the front desk guy (looks like Indian/Pakistani or similar) blamed us for not complaining early so its all our fault 😂. he never apologized because maybe it’s really our fault 😂 i think we should be the one to apologize 😆 he gave us another room 125 which even smells worst than the first one. we have kids and so we switched to another room 135 which was better. when we went for breakfast the doors were still lock but the guy saw us and instead of opening the door he hand signaled that we should go around the main entrance. the breakfast looks like just snacks 😅 maybe they’re not yet fully ready or whatever. this guy needs to have a workshop training on how customer service really is. there are so many youtube tutorials out there. may God have mercy on your soul! you can get quality experience with the same affordable price elsewhere!

There was no breakfast.

The staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional the air conditioner was very noisy I complained about it and I fixed it but it still didn't work right just a very uncomfortable stay.

Was in Gainesville for a Festival and the hotel was in better shape than at my last visit 10 years ago and was fine for my needs. Was better than what I expected after reading the reviews

I was located in a room in the back of the property, room had a really strong perfume scent, tried to turn the AC to help ventilate and didn't work, TV only had 1 channels available, when tried to call front desk they didn't answer. Grease finger marks in TV cabinet, filthy arm chair you could see as soon as you enter, dangerous situation with electrical outlet , again no answer from front desk, many roaches at night, stained bed skirt

I really like Clarence, the man in the front. He was friendly and helpful. The location is also conveniently located near the UF and restaurants. The outside ambience and lobby area were beautiful.

The room stank and the AC was off when I entered. The bathroom sink, tub, floors, surface areas were all dirty. The toilet looked like it has seen better days. The toilet paper holder was broken and was not usable. Your breakfast containing one sweet roll with tasteless coffee does not qualify as "breakfast."

We were out in one room that was in remodeling , then was put into another room with roaches in the tub and lizards on the ceiling ! The bathroom ceiling has a vine growing out of it . it was just disgusting ! i would never stay here again and i wish i would’ve taken photos because this place is beyond disgusting ! the bed only had two pillows , the a/c wasn’t working

The management should pay attention to the quality of their services.
