Beds had low spots and bath fan was incredibly noisy.

The absolute quietness. The hot shower was a huge plus, especially after a long day. Breakfast was also a hit, Belgian waffles, cereal, toast, bagels and cinnamon rolls. Also coffee, milk and juice. The whole place smelled good and the dining room was very clean. The parking lot was well lit and there is plenty of parking. Located right off the interstate and convenience store was right next door.

Our room was nice in size but the decor was way over due. There was dust in most corners and the room itself smelled dusty and had a stale odor. The air conditioner worked great but sounded like a bird every time it kicked on. There were only 2 standard size pillows for a king sized bed. And when I went down to ask for extra pillows and towels again, only 2 ; The employee wasn't rude, but wasn't nice either. Most employees were the same. No one ever greeted us; alone or together. We even stayed for 3 nights.

Dirty, outdated, pool closed, staff was just complaining when we checked in, barely any accommodations (pillows, conditioner, towels)

Pool was closed! Noone cared to mention that. Had to go get towels, do not disturb sign, myself. Couldn't get in the side doors with your room key.. put us on second floor, stairs are hard to use when your disabled. Room was dirty and dusty and drawer was broken, burn holes in blankets. White haired staff lady was rude. Continental breakfast was terrible. Make sure you like making your own waffles! Ants in the room. Bad choice for the charge!!

Breakfast was ok but pretty much what I expected. I had requested a 5 AM wake up call on two occasions and was called at 6 AM both times, when I asked the desk clerk why that was he mentioned that it was an hour off and that not everyone was aware of this. I asked him to put a note on the phone, so the other staff would be made aware. The front desk morning person was not very helpful, refused to take my tax exempt letter that I had electronically on my phone (I work for the American Red Cross) and was just all around rude, not helpful at all.

It was the only hotel available in Omaha due to a convention. We were glad to find accommodations.

The room was dirty - there were candies (M&Ms) on the floor, and a red sticky spot on one of the comforters, with a half-eaten sucker on the bedside table. The A/C unit didn't keep up and was very noisy.
