Absolutely nothing. The worst hotel service. I would’ve stayed at a motel 8 if I would have known.
Ice machine broken, room smelled terrible, both hot tub and pool were closed when called ahead and told they worked. This has to be the worst hotel in Bellevue

Very nice. we were only there like 12 hours to rest & sleep Thanksgiving night after seeing family. It was very quiet. which was amazing!
wasn’t there long enough to not like anything.
I guess my husband loved the beds, I just thought it was a little on the too firm side.

Nice location with ample parking.The cafe in the lobby was a welcome option. Bed was comfortable.
Pillows were pretty flat. The room's weird air/heat systems made it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature. You could also hear a fair amount of noise from room to room.

Easy check in and out. Access to the pool and food was good.
Morning staff in restaurant was not very friendly or happy. Made me feel uncomfortable ordering breakfast

Location and cleanliness
The bed was uncomfortable and the walls were so thin you could hear the conversation of the next door guests. No operational exhaust fan in the bathroom so everything steamed over.

It was a great location and everyone was nice.
No continential breakfast and your prices were high the pool was small as to many kids for our kids to enjoy..

Breakfast was good and happy hour. Quality food for the money. The outdoor patio was the very best place
I know the cleaning staff was short handed but the hall on the second floor was never vacuumed. The shower head didn’t work well. I have to say I could have gotten the same stay at a comfort inn for less money
