When the heater kicks in, it would blow cold air right on the bed for 2 minutes before warm air started.

Very spacious for 2 people
Asian Lady Beetles on the wall/window! Towels not soft. High price for no breakfast. Ice maker made 8, then nothing! Only 1 USB port. Won't be staying again.

Not enough king bed rooms available. Had to do a queen and it was to small.

Very clean, well-appointed room with kitchen and comfortable beds, good internet speed, free laundry, nice outdoor grill area, well-appointed pantry with fresh coffee 24/7 and exceptional customer service led by responsive management… I’ve worked in the industry, so when I say my expectations are exceeded, it’s not a small thing. The GM Mitch goes out of his way to address any issues and always follows up with you if you need anything.
It’s located in an area where thunderstorms take out services if they’re severe, and this happened to me on this stay - it was three days without internet, and the hotel lost their landline during that time - good thing they have a generator powerful enough to keep the air conditioning going! This is not a knock on the hotel, but if you visit during the summer, this location sits in what I call “lightning alley”.

Great location, very clean accommodations, the suite was well appointed. Kitchen included everyday use items. The free laundry washer and dryer was a great bonus for travelers on a long journey. Bed was very comfortable. AC was in great condition and kept the room cold (heat wave).

The room was had great finishes, loved the full kitchen even if we did not need it this stay. The snack area - all of the selection along with the pricing- exceeded my expectations.
The only semi complaint was how loud the air conditioner was. And, there was a strange ongoing flash from a ceiling device - guessing it was a type of safety detector, however flashed ongoing and made it challenging to fall asleep.
The beds - bed, pillows and bedding- were exceptional.
It was awesome to have the ability to travel with our pet.

There is no breakfast. Staff was helpful. I would come back again. My cost was based on your booking; at their regular prices I would have a less pleased response.
Computer access was spotty.
