it was not pleasant and the staff never got back to us like they said they would

the children liked the poo;

the room was dirty, it did not have anything in it had to call for stuff

Nie wieder.

Nichts.

Frühstück absolut ungenießbar. Joghurtbecher eines Markenherstellers waren das Einzige was wirklich lecker war. Der Gast muss bei einer Belegung des Zimmers mit mehr als 2 Personen das Sofabett selbst ausziehen und beziehen. Bei dem Preis völlig inakzeptabel. Wofür man dann noch Trinkgeld geben soll, ist mir schleierhaft.

It’s a nice hotel with good breakfast included. Very close to downtown Concord.

Breakfast was very good and free! The room was comfortable and modern.

The pool is very small. Hardly big enough for just my two kids to swim in. Wish there was also a hot tub.

The breakfast was satisfactory.

I would have liked to have been advised up front that our room would be cleaned every other day. I was displeased with being charged for wi-fi albeit only $4.95 on our last day there. It was my understanding that wi-fi was complimentary.

Good size, comfortable room with a useful amount of utensils for making light meals. Slept well.

The heavy elephants above us who thumped across their floor all the time.

Excellent experience. We would defnitely stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was attentive and responded to our questions and needs. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. We had a great stay.

overpriced! won’t stay again.

clean yet sterile interior and bare bones rooms.

terrible pillows. noisy fan and heating system. ice maker runs all night. badly designed bath. charged my card for items I did not purchase.

A comfortable stay.

Breakfast was great.

The sofa bed mattress was not as comfortable as a real bed. I was unable to get just two queen beds for the room. Bed configuration is important when traveling with a 12 year old grandson. The space for the kitchen was not used at all.

Poor

Breakfast items were not good. When I asked the women about the coffee, she said it is what it is while she was there and nothing offered after she left for the day...she looked very unhappy about having to help with the breakfast bar. No sausage or bacon, no waffles, no white milk, sketchy items offered.
