Location and cleanliness.

Breakfast is too repetitive with few options.

The location is right by the Arsenal Mall area, which was great. Room was a great size, and I loved the layout. The mirror area outside the bathroom was great to get ready, because it had good lighting and an electrical outlet! So I could do my hair and makeup while someone else was in the bathroom.

Bed was very bouncy - could feel every movement of the other person.

The facility was nice, modern, updated.

Daily cleaning of the room didn't happen and the room did not have proper stocking of supplies, paper towels, dishwasher det., etc. The lady over kitchen during the breakfast could have been much nicer and courteous.

It's new and clean, The breakfast is good. Our kids love this hotel.

It will be good if free parking.

Very comfortable and convenient for our trip. Oh and the decor throughout was phenomenal! I almost felt at home here.

Not the best view from our room and the big mirror on the bathroom door was filthy. We decided to clean it ourselves immediately.

Limited & ordinary breakfast.

I stayed here traveling for work and i chose it because it had a restaurant - which it did not have.

parking should be included. toaster was broken. couch was uncomfortable otherwise room was ok
