Great location!

Had a horrible time checking in and was told it was because I used 3rd party(booking.com)

Blood hair and food crumbs under the comforter on the bed. Checked in then left as soon as I checked the bed. I asked for a refund since I didn’t stay and they did not give it to me

The beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious enough for our needs. Everyone was friendly.

For that price, nothing in particular We get the service we all should have in an hotel.

For what did I paid so much exactly? 2 rooms but: No SPA: the hot-tub is down and the area unsafe for people (big hole) , No towel in the pool, we ask 5 (we were 6), we got 3... Normal breakfast, the same than everywhere else The door room was almost impossible to open or close. A carpenter must fixe it Very tiny fitness room ... The hotel is in front of the road and a port. No beach access closed. When I asked the receptionist if I can have a mug that I can use in the microwave, he showed me two but as they are not for the "room", but the bar, he couldn't help me... What is wrong with you guys? When a customer asks for a mug, give it to him! Too expensive for what is it. There is another Cobblestone in Erie. I should have gone there. It was $140 less expensive I m very disappointed.

This was the 2nd we came and the pool was broke we came in February 2023 and November 2023 and the pool is closed should tell People that before they pay and get it

Our room was very nice and spacious. I thought the breakfast was very good, offered lots of options. I loved the coffee bar & water with lemon - especially next to the fireplace to sit and relax.

As for the hotel itself, We were very excited to see an outdoor fireplace, (especially being a smoker, I was out there frequently) - however there was an empty propane tank. We were disappointed when we told the front desk & they said they couldn’t replace it due to manager being at a convention? It was misleading that the main pier showed in hotel pictures was almost a mile walk away. On top of that, our room view was obstructed by trees - it would’ve been great to be able to see the water being so close to it.
