Quiet, well-designed space, 1.5 baths, Netflix, grocery and pharmacy close by,
no kitchen towels
need more hooks in bathroom
no salt/pepper/sugar packets....hard to buy these for a short stay.

Everything, the location is great close to a train line and the neighborhood is quiet. Local grocery store 600 feet away.
The parking garage was a small issue. We had to get the front desk to let us in.

Good location.
Dirty dishes were here prior to my arrival. Almost as if it was left behind for a period of time. I even sent in a complaint and got no substitute. In which I had washed all the dishes just to get it out of the way. Also the hot water never worked, and theres a heavy amount of fruit flies. Like literally, even if nothing was out there were so many flies around. Not good hospitality.

The Location is great. Easy access to everything in washington.
1) The sofa bed was faulty hence could not use it.
2) The staff are not customer friendly. They don't respond to emails and seldom pick calls. They need to improve on their client relations.
I checked our earlier than planned, sent them an email on 27th August 2019 to inform them of my plan to leave early till this day 2nd september 2019 i did not get a response to my enquiry in the mail. This is very poor.
