Upon arrival, checking in was smooth sailing. I booked a queen size bed and was given a king at no extra charge. Freshly baked, delicious goods daily. Very clean and excellent location. Centrally located to Perkins Cove, shops and restaurants. We'll definitely stay there again!

We liked everything.

Our suite was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. The proprietors were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for walking to dinner at Jonathan’s and then to the Ogunquit Playhouse.

Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Seasonal decor felt homey and pride of place was evident.

The baked items for breakfast and anytime inside, the porch for breakfast, the relaxing atmosphere, able to park there and walk to everything.

The hosts were fabulous and the fresh baked pastries were delicious 😋. Nice and comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Our hostess performed not only all of the standard duties, but she also was a mine of information about Ogunquit, about where to look for "antiques," about a lovely restaurant for a fancy dinner out. Three cheers for the B3!!

Very nice! Didn’t have to deal with crowds or even have to leave the property.... hand delivered to our personal little patio!

Location was great, halfway between downtown and Perkins Cove. Breakfasts were amazing, delicious baked goods! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Owner staff were very welcoming, helpful, good people. Location was short, easy walk to town, beaches, etc. Reserved parking space. Hone made pastries every morning !!!

Delicious breakfast options. Perfect rooms for our needs.

The location was great. We enjoyed parking our car for the weekend and walking everywhere. It starts to quiet down a lot after 9pm but you can easily walk half mile to get to a more vibrant night life. Beach chairs, umbrellas (sand and rain) and beach towels were made available for guest use. The porch and grounds were comfortable and relaxing for early morning coffee, and the coffee was tasty. The breakfast was of continental selection with some homemade treats which my husband enjoyed. Scott and Tina, our hosts, were warm and welcoming. We would definitely recommend and would book again at B3.
