Everything was clean and pleasant. All services at dinner were impressive, everything was tasty, fresh, our waitress, Maggie was impecable presenting choices and helping with everything.
Breakfast was also delicious, very fresh. Our waitress was also very nice.

I liked how close it was to all the fun stuff going on for Halloween
there was a dead ant on the bed in the first room we were assigned

the back doors that were to be only unlocked by guest keys never locked - reported this twice and wasn’t fixed during the stay. also never saw maintenance working on the doors even though we were told they were working on it

Very friendly staff of students learning on the job. Nice location on campus.
Our non-smoking room had a distinct odor of previous guests not following the rules. There was a wet bathing suit left in the bathroom, which created concerns for the overall cleanliness. However, the room did seem to be clean.
