The manger that came on duty that morning of September 3
My bathroom wouldn’t flush and the person on duty at the desk said to me what do you want me to do about it. No one is here until 0900 in the morning. I had to use a trash can to flush the stood.

The fragrance walking into the hotel was amazing, the receptionists on all shifts were friendly and informative. The shuttle driver (didn’t get his name but he’s a Bostonian) was soooo energetic and welcoming, he actually made my ride much better!

The air conditioner was blowing so forcefully right into my face all night, even with it being on low. I woke up each morning feeling like there were things in my eyes.

The television did not work and when told about it staff said that they did not have any other rooms they could move us to and that he could not do anything about it.

Breakfast was lacking when I arrived 15 minutes away from the 10:00 a.m. quitting time. No plates and the only hot food were 5 pre-cooked hard-as-a-rock waffles in a warming tray. the staff did prepare a few more waffles and a few breakfast sandwiches and supplies a few more paper plates at my request. I imagine that had I been there early there would have been no complaints...but if you say you are serving breakfast until 10:00 a.m. then serve it until then with the same quality as is served early.
