O hotel é EXCELENTE! Bem localizado, não fica na confusão da região central da cidade, porém não muito afastado também. O estacionamento é gigantesco. Ao lado do Casino Silverton no qual tem um show grátis de sereias que a minha filha AMOU! As instalações do Hotel são novíssimas com Academia, Sala de convivência (com mesas, computadores e máquinas de venda), Sala de máquinas de venda, piscina, spa, banheiros na área da piscina. O apartamento é extremamente bem equipado (aliás, mais bem equipado que a minha própria casa, rsrs), com fogão por indução, geladeira com freezer, lava-louça, pia com triturador, coifa, talheres, panelas e todos utensílios de cozinha necessários, cofre, ar-condicionado/aquecedor em sistema central, máquina de lavar roupa e secadora, banheiro enorme com banheira, e uma vista sensacional (fiquei no sexto andar). Cheguei bem antes da hora do check-in e fui atendido perfeitamente. O hotel superou todas as minhas expectativas e minha família amou! Recomendo fortemente!

Só a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. Em um determinado dia minha cama não foi estendida. Mas nada que desabone o EXCELENTE hotel.

The location for not going to the strip. Easy to check in.

No customer service, they tell you at check in that laundry soap is provided in case you need clean towels during your stay and dish soap is provided in case you use any dishes. Front desk provides zero help and might as well be a kiosk since they have zero ability to help with any issues. We wanted to stay an extra day and they could have cared less about assisting in that process. The hotel is just a tower hotel next to a casino, not a new resort as it appears on booking online. The furniture is outdated and needs replacing and the mattress felt old and sunk in. 10:00 am check out and zero chance to extend to late check out even if you pay extra. 10:00 am check out the day after New Year’s Eve and can’t book another night unless you want to pay 4x higher price than Expedia and ten times higher than most luxury hotels on the strip of Las Vegas for the same day.

The room was wonderful. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Plenty of space for two. The bathroom had two sink areas which was a nice touch. The shower was spacious and plenty of hot water and pressure with a great shower head. The bed was comfy. Mi Casa/Su Casa and the Sundance Grill were the only two restaurants we partaked in and both were delicious and not badly priced. I do think the casino itself was lacking a faster, less expensive food option under $10. The casino felt safe and clean.

Not much. Location of the hotel and casino could have offered more. Definitely easier to get around by car but we managed fine on foot and by Uber or Lyft to get to the strip.

I absolutely love the Berkeley every time I stay here its always so nice and clean! I love the fact that it has a huge soaking tub and a really nice kitchen
