The location is amazing! So close to the beach and beautiful pool

Needs a better breakfast that’s included had to go to brew pub. Can hear everything if people are in the halls

it was beautiful and clean. I was a part of a wedding party who had a rehearsal dinner and brunch there all the meals were delicious and the staff was so gracious.

We especially appreciated the good beds & comfortable pillows. The Icona was clean, fresh and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved walking out and onto the beach for a walk. Appreciated cold water flavored with oranges, limes & lemons always on hand.

my reservation for Four rooms advised me that Queen suite would sleep 4-6 My grandson had no where to sleep (3Kids -2Adults) Asked for cot was told not available?????? He stayed at friends home in area. Teen girls in other Queen sleep needed to sleep together (2 adults and 2teens) When I asked at desk told me they were unaware of reservation since it was made online. I had tried to go directly thru hotel in February no answer.

Excellent location; convenient beachfront w/hot tub/pool and dining. Staff were enthusiastic from hotel to restaurant servers. Liked the sounds of entertainment on property but my family does not drink so we did not partake.

Noticed minor details w our room regarding carpet needed a deep clean. Spoke w management and issue was resolved immediately. Property could use minor overhaul regarding cleaning; may be due to shortage of staff and/or pandemic but sofa beds/sofas in the lobby look a bit worn. Overall had a nice stay.

Pool beach cleanliness & cheerful staff

Right on the beach. Very nice pool and outdoor areas with cabanas and fire pits. Nice on-site pub/restaurant. Friendly staff. Clean, modern rooms. Limited ocean view from our room’s small balcony. Very quiet.
