A/C filters were dirty!

The breakfast was terrific! The room was very clean. We especially liked the locale. It was a great neighborhood, college town feel, lots of restaurants, Drug Store, Target and Metro very accessible, plus beach assess!

We loved the location and that we could walk everywhere we needed to go. All of the staff was always very nice! Breakfast was good.

Quiet, friendly, tasty breakfast. Carlos Camargo and Iryna the cooc and breakfast lady are super helpful and sweet people

The hotel is very nice - clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, quiet. Very good service, I would specifically want to mention Carlos at the reception desk. He was extremely helpful and nice. Breakfasts were also very good, thanks to Irina, who works at the kitchen. Highly recommended hotel.
