The elevators kept breaking down the parking garage was really really tight it was mold in the shower roaches crawling around the unit needed to be remodeled I was on the 15th floor room 1508 it was filthy even had one of the workers walk in my room with the code thinking nobody was as their the power ended up going out in my hotel called them and 11 hours later nobody showed up had to call again and they still took their time after I called the second time and told me sorry for the inconvenience but they wouldn’t know when the power would be back on knowing that’s a major convenience pools weren’t that bad overall I loved the video the people were all so nice and I would go back just wouldn’t book this property again

The veiw from the 15th floor was amazing.

The bed was super hard and the box spring made alot of noise when you moved on the bed. The parking deck was tight

Location is great. View is nice. Outdoor facility is maintaining beautifully and nice. The linen/ towels were clean.

.Just from the beginning - the room # 1508 entrance door impressed us in a bad way as it did look dirty and must be painted at least or replaced. The key pad with a door code of 8 !!! numbers that you have to memorize every time you enter the room or have a note handy- very inconvenient! But the most disappointing was our room- , outdated, with peeling, dirty, flaky walls and rusty spots, looks like it never been updated and never been maintained! The kitchen area look very poor with small range, dishwasher , outdated cabinets and old garbage like little stand for microwave ,limited assortment of very cheap utensils . Just above the stove on a ceiling there are big spots of peeling old paint ! :( The bedroom is small and dark with small window facing to outside corridor , has two full size beds , looks old, one of it has really bad mattress that extremely squeaky and old springs just hurt ! Definitely needs to be replaced! There are two!! mirrors in that small bedroom ,one of it is hiding behind the TV stand !! Pretty weird! The bathroom extremely small with a bathtub which is very slippery and especially for older people would be unsafe. This unit/room definitely needs to be updated and taking a good care of. To offer that condo unit to people in such a bad /trashy condition is just simply disrespectful of owner! I really sorry for people who will be happened stay in it again, like we did unfortunately, getting like in a trap, paying a pretty big money for 4 nights stay for our 39-th Anniversary and got such a sad experience with that facility through booking.com/Hosteeva! Our vacation was totally ruined! :((

The balcony has a good view but it need updated. The instruction to get in the place because it was not staff available in the place everything was by messages were detailed.The no key with a code was good you don't need to worry about loosing the key. It got 2 pools one inside and another one outside and a jacuzzi with hot water. That was exellent. The beach was very close across the street.

The condo is in a need of an update it got chipped furniture faded lamps chipped paint from walls, walls wasn't paint and a little water was running from the ceiling in the kitchen. The paint was falling to the floor in the kitchen due to the water. I call Hosteva so I didn't have to leave this review. They said they was getting in contact with the property manager and never got back to me since June 22. For the price 1,574 dollars from 3 nights I was expecting a better place. I had pictures I took.

Lovely View Of The Beach

The TV In The Bedroom Didn’t Work

I liked the view from the balcony. It was very quiet and nobody bothered us. Having the kitchen was nice. Room was clean when we got there.

The room needed to be updated. The TV sound wouldn't turn up on either TV. Hotel was not on the beach, there is a road in between. Beds were squeaky and uncomfortable.

The floors were not clean the fridge was not working the toilet not working, the beds were not comfortable at all

The view of the ocean is amazing

Too many rules. The parking garage was real small in my opinion to park. Management helped asap. The furniture was uncomfortable and outdated.
