The staff was nice and it was nice to have a personal balcony.

Didn't like how it was under construction and that was not mentioned at all, ac barely worked. The breakfast was horrible. Cream cheese spread was sour. Got put in the wrong room, got switched to the room I reserved and it I was still disappointed.

Frankly, I liked the pictures posted on the internet. Unfortunately, they don’t match the property.

Pool was out of service. Sink clogged. Tub had black hairs and a leaky faucet. The drain plug was in the tub so the leaky faucet filled it up halfway. Room was dirty. Wife would never allow me to book this place again.

The breakfast was amazing and the location wasn't bad.

The pool and soda machine were both out of order.

Very nice rooms. I love the way that the woman makes the towels into a swan very nice looking rooms.

My room was gorgeous we had the jacuzzi suite

One of the workers very rude and wouldn't let me use front desk phone even though no phones in room

Was close to where our activities were.

Stained sheets and bed spread. The over whelming smell of chlorine and mold. There was a pile of loose trim and carpet left in the hallway as a trip hazard. They locked us out on the 3rd night. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. One older man was nice but the others were not friendly. Went to the front desk and had to step out into the entrance to call them for help. The walls are super thin. Enough so we could here the conversation in the next room and the unfortunate souns of someone throwing up . We can chalk this up to our worst hotel experience .

I didn't like anything about the place.

It’s location was close to a very nice restaurant. That’s ALL that was nice about this place.

1. It was NOT clean. 2. The carpets were stained Bed frames were RIGGED together by 1 x 4 that was a trip hazard Bathroom amenities were USED up Sleep number bed wasn’t working There was a cigarillo left on the carpet. Listed as a 3-star hotel, but it is FALSE ADVERTISING. Definitely NOT a 3-star hotel. One of the workers just WALKED RIGHT IN OUR ROKM WITHOUT KNOCKING.

Very little. Everything was bad. No one was at the front desk (had to call a number to get them down. They were remodeling the upper floors). Breakfast was minimal and there was a strong pool oder when you walk in. The room was dirty and smelled a bit. The bathroom room fixtures were falling apart. Hard to get the key to work.

It was the worst hotel I’ve been in for a long time. It’s very dated and I wanted to leave early, but there was a non refundable clause so I was stuck with it.

The property was being updated, which impacted our stay. The pool was closed.

Nothing. I picked this place because the location and the price. When I reserved and paid price went up n I thought that was it. And then I got charged even more when I got there. Smh 🤦🏽‍♂️. The room looked like nothing in the pics on the site. It was filthy and had ants 🐜 crawling around. The mattress and couch 🛋 are ready to be replaced. 😠. Instead of rest I was up tossing and turning on that uncomfortable mattress. I would never go there or recommend

The new owners are so nice. They had our rooms ready we rented 2 rooms One was for a newly married couple. They went out of their way to make it special for them.

1 bath towel No extra toilet paper and we only had 1/2 roll And ran out. Beds were old adjustable beds that did not work. Way overpriced.

very poor shape

first room key didn’t work than when they got door open room was not cleaned since last people stayed there. the room we finally got was missing a light switch cover and bed and furniture was in very poor shape. balcony wood was very poor condition it flexed bad. the room next to us people came bad at 1:30 am and partied to 3am.
