We had a fantastic stay. Stefano and his son Roberto are wonderful and great communicators. The property itself has good access and is spacious and clean inside and outside. The pool was excellent, as were the other facilities (table tennis, beach umbrellas, inflatables, washing machine and BBQ). But the best thing is the view - looking across the valley to the Castle was amazing! The only negative is the lack of Wifi router, but there was plenty of 4G Coverage - enough to tether a phone to a laptop and stream the Champions League final! You could also probably purchase a 4G router from the airport or Cagliari if you really need wifi.

Wir waren zu sechst (Paare und 2 Kleinkinder). Super Größe. Jede Familie hatte eine Ebene für sich. Außendusche war toll. Pool war perfekt für die Kinder ä.

Mit sechs Personen haben wir eine herrliche Woche auf Sardinien verbracht. Das Haus besticht durch seine tolle Terrasse mit großartiger Aussicht und dem Pool. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Bei kleineren Schwierigkeiten hat Stefano uns sofort geholfen. In der Umgebung gibt es traumhafte Strände, man hat die Qual der Wahl, sich zu entscheiden, welchen man besucht.

Die Kommunikation war reibungslos! Tolles Objekt (Art Doppelhaushälfte mit privatem Pool) in schöner Lage mit Strandnähe. Alles perfekt!

Sehr empfehlenswert! Toller Blick zum Meer und ins Tal und auf die grüne Hügellandschaft. Haben in Stefanos Haus einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub verbracht (2 Erw. + 2 Kids, 9+7 Jahre). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Pool schön groß. Es gibt eine sehr gute Tischtennisplatte. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Strände sind super und für Kinder geeignet. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein 18 Loch Golfplatz (Kurzplatz), eine Driving Range sowie ein Reitplatz (auch geführte Touren am Strand). Der Vermieter Stefano ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und bei auftretenden Fragen immer erreichbar. 5 von 5 Sternen von uns!

Top Lage. Schöne Aussicht zum Meer. Toller Pool.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Die Strände ein Traum!!! Es gibt schöne Restaurants in der Nähe und einen kleinen Supermarkt im Ort.

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern ( 6 und 3) für zwei Wochen in Stefanos tollem Haus. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist der Wahnsinn. Den Pool haben wir , nach einem Vormittag am Strand , alle sehr genossen. Besonders die Kids. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war Top, man hatte alles was man braucht. Genug Handtücher waren vorhanden, Mückenschutzgitter, Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern, Sonnenschirme für den Strand, Salz, Pfeffer und Öl zum Kochen. Nur mit dem Kaffekocher für den Herd kammen wir nicht so klar. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind wunderschön und flach. Super für die Kinder geeignet und innerhalb von 2 bis 10 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

This house is perfect if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday with the family. The house and kitchen are well equipped with all you need to feel at home. The pool and table tennis kept the children happy and busy! Supermarket, good restaurants all within walking distance! So many breathtaking beaches to choose from! Relaxation guaranteed from day one on!

The house was spacious and clean, had lots of items in store that most time you have to buy once getting there(salt, pepper, oil, cleaning utensils. washing liquid, etc) even ice in the freezer. You have items for the beach as well. We also enjoyed the ping pong table quiet a lot .What I missed was airconditioning or at least ventilators for the bedrooms. The nights were terribly hot. What I also didn't realize at the time of booking, was that the house was directly attached to another. Looking out the kitchen window, (we always had to leave all windows open to get a little breeze) you looked directly onto their patio and wise versa. The same with the upper bedroom and the neighbors bathroom. The house is part of a condominium complex. 5 stars if the house had air-conditioning or ventilators and if the discription explained the surroundings more accurately. Beaches were close and great. Though very crowded in July. Pizza at the bottom of the hill delicious and fairly priced. If you have problems with the internet, just turn of LTE and switch to just GSM, it will work fine.

A lovely relaxing break at the beginning of June. The almost empty beach was only 10 minutes drive away. The house was excellent although watch out for the staircase if you've had a few drinks :). Would love to come back.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous étions 2 familles avec enfants et la maison était très bien équipée. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Situation très calme, à proximité des commerces, restaurants et plages. La piscine est un vrai plus et est très appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs que nous avons eues en ce mois de juillet. Photos conformes à l'annonce . Propriétaire sympathique ayant répondu à toutes nos questions.

Casa veramente in posizione bellissima e strategica..molto pulita e molto tranquilla..il proprietario disponibilissimo e gentilissimo..il giardino con piscina e ping pong rende questa casa meravigliosa e unica..se posso solo fare un appunto io ho sentito la mancanza dell' aria condizionata alla notte..per il resto tutto perfetto..

Das Haus mit Pool ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf Chia und das Meer. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr freundlich und antwortet innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Fragen per WhatsApp oder SMS. WLAN gibt es in dem Haus nicht, was ich nicht als Mangel empfinde, sondern es sehr angenehm ist wenn man mal nicht am Handy oder Tablet hängt und der Arbeit nachrennt, sondern die absolute Ruhe und das schöne Domizil genießt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind in ca. 300-400m im Umkreis vorhanden. Wer einen schönen, ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub genießen will ist mit diesem Haus an der richtigen Adresse. Nur zu empfehlen.

Bella casa, ottima posizione e un bellissimo giardino che ci siamo proprio goduto. Se devo dire una cosa non positiva è che non c'è (a volte poca) linea telefonica e questa cosa ha dato un po' fastidio comunque a parte questo il resto tutto bene.

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr nett empfangen. Er zeigte uns das komplette Haus und machte sogar nochmal den Pool sauber. Das Haus war im Allgemeinen sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer und das Bad im OG sind etwas klein, aber mit Föhn und Seife gut ausgestattet. DAs Kinderzimmer im OG war sehr liebevoll mit Kuscheltieren und Leuchtsternchen an der Wand eingerichtet. In der Küche gab es alles was man brauchte und bis auf das Licht an der Dunstabzugshaube war alles funktionstüchtig. Im EG ist nochmal eine eigene kleine Wohnung mit SZ, WZ, einem Kinderzimme rund einem rel. großem Bad mit Waschmaschine und einem kleinen Gefrierschrank. Der Außenbereich ist der Hammer. Wunderschöner Pool, sehr gepflegter kleiner Garten und eine sehr hochwertige Tischtennisplatte (Schläger und Bälle sind vorhanden). Wie man auf den Bildern sieht gibt es vom Pool aus einen wunderschönen Ausblick über Chia und das Meer. Die Übergabe war um 10:00 Uhr und lief schnell und problemlos ab. Bis auf die größe des Schlafzimmers und Bades im OG und dem rel. schlechtem Empfang absolut weiterzuempfehlen!
