Shower and TV bed was ok the staff is nice!

Use of dish network and no espn the first weekend hall’s need to be cleaned elevator broken this needs to be fixed. So glad I was on the first floor

Staff was super friendly! WiFi is good and location worked well for me.

The room stank of cold smoke, the door was sticks and it seemed like some surfaces may not have been cleaned. At one point the water started smelling funny but not even the water filter in the dispenser in the gym had been changed to access filtered water.

Wish that there was a location in Nashville

The clean rooms and the comfy beds, the Keurig in the mini kitchen, the strong water pressure in the shower and the easy interstate access are some of the best things at this location.

Honestly, the elevator being down is huge inconvenience. But make no mistake, this location is so nice that the other amenities make up for it.

💕💕💕 this property. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are always so clean and comfortable. The television set up has everything you need to unwind after a long day. The fitness center is so up to date and is open anytime. The laundry facilities are very affordable and takes a debit card.

Elevator not working is the only thing I did not like. However I do understand that it's special circumstances and I love the place so much I don't mind taking the stairs. Other than that we love everything about this property.

Clean updated rooms. Staff helpful and nice.

No pots/pans etc. Wifi easier to get on surrounding open networks than theirs.

The room was very clean. It was nice having the full sized refrigerator in the room. The staff was very friendly and it is in a fantastic location!

Do wish the room had a stove or toaster oven, but other than that it was perfect.

Nice room

Was continually hassled, first I was undercharged on a 10-day stay. Was woken up three times on day two telling me to vacate or pay them more money. When " thier" mistake was corrected I was charged a late fee of $30. Then my water was cut off on day 4 for a period of 4 hrs. And a couple days later found a paper wedged in my door stating my cooler would be serviced at some point within a 3-day period during the day. I'm a day sleeper and when I brought this up to them I was rudely told nothing they could do about it decision came from corporate. So overall the room was nice but management was rude, incompetent, and did not care how many times my stay was disrupted or how many times I got woken up to either ask me to leave give them more money or that maintenance was coming into my room while I was trying to sleep.

Nothing awful service rude employees don't clean your rooms don't change your sheets give you hand towels to use after you shower this isn't the HILTON

Most everything, but it could have been a little larger and had a couch or loveseat.

There really wasn't anywhere to sit and enjoy TV than the bed. Being a little larger and having a loveseat or couch would have been awesome.

I liked the location. everything you could possibly need was within a 10 minutes driving radius PLUS if need-be, the hotel was literally next to the interstate. I also like everyone in the staff, I even liked the people who were also residing in the same hotel as me. so friendly and happy energy everywhere!

I noticed that having the AC on continuously made the room have a mildew odor. no idea why it did that though. just know it was AC-caused.
